When Hiring Scenario is first loaded, with data as of 31 Jan, the 2012 Scenario FTE = 9192, and the Percent Change is -6.01% and Projected Change is -553.79. If hiring is changed to anything, then changed back to 0, the new Percent Change is -6.10% and Projected Change is -561.

Acceptance Criteria: Data on initialization is the same as data after a computation when %changes are the same as initial data.

When a user simply clicks on a %Change field and hits enter, the recalculations are done and displayed correctly. It seems as if a simple recompute command could be issued on initialization that would solve this problem.
