add in create, update, delete, etc for this item on the back-end for front-end to be able to use it, based off current schema in schema.prisma & schema.grpahql

waiting on feedback about if this can be refactored to remove the hourLog item, which should speed up development and make things clearer, will return to dev on this when that is known

updated to be combined with other contribution items as one item with two subItems for the different fields.
