For HiL-board: Due to following this ETH guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6olMulM5SCg&list=WL&index=11

the system core was configured with memory protection. However, the guide used external memory that we don't have. This config will highly likely need to be changed.

DONE WHEN:

[ ] System core MPU for ethernet is setup for internal only memory.

It seems to be an issue only when we know what we're doing and that the application requires it. We'll press forward with the default memory configuration given by CubeIDE and if ethernet communication hassle us we'll solve it then.
