Usb communication might be problematic instead of ethernet, due to already occupied pins to development MCU board.

DONE WHEN:

[ ] Assess if usb communication to HiL MCU is addable with the main HiL MCU config that Holger created.
[ ] Implement basic proof of concept: Send message from serial port on computer to HiL board via usb.
