Parse a message that has been recieved and set things into action. Perhaps divide into two separate tasks.

DONE WHEN:

[x] A message with Holgers structure or similar, can be sent over USB and parsed by a task in freeRTOS.
[x] That parsed message gives the go ahead to another task to excecute som simple code such as LED blinking or printf-statements.
[x] The tasks that gets a go ahead also is able to recieve information from the parsed message.
