Adds a new technology to unlock constructrons.
Requires spidertron and personal roboport equipment as prerequisites + 450 science (same types as spidertron) at 60 secs each.
Also changed data stage prototype folder structure to be more like the base game structure / other mods.
Extracted SE compatibility code into its own file for better separation of compatibilities.
Disabled passengers for constructrons.
Normalized file line endings (LF everywhere).
