Improved Rocket Powered Constructron aesthetic #144

I thought I'd improve the rocket powered constructron's aesthetic a little :)

Also, previously the Rocket Constructron couldn't move on regular planets, I fixed that by removing all collision. I did the same for my Space Spidertron.
