Hello, im not totally new of linux, i use it everyday but i never get into drivers issues till now, i have a Netgear Nighthawk X4 R7500v1 with openwrt installed (OpenWrt 18.06.2 r7676-cddd7b4c77 / LuCI openwrt-18.06 branch (git-19.020.41695-6f6641d) and 5ghz wifi card doesn't work, not even recognized.

From what i understood by installing these drivers 5ghz should work, right? Can u guys guide me step by step, what i have to do to install them? Ofc i know how to SSH to my router and router have internet access. Please thanks a lot in advance

These drivers will work for unencrypted wifi, I haven't had the time to get them working with encrypted wifi. There is a more up to date driver in the kernel upstream, but it hasn't been backported to openwrt yet.
