Push Notifications with FCM "v6+" #165

Abstract A lot of react-native users face issues while ensuring push notifications, both local and remote with FCM V6, it requires more than a few StackOverflow and GitHub issues to find the required solution. So, let's code and sort the solution, we developers do that the better way, "we code and talk"
