Feature request: Volume control of applications, lower volume of games when somebody talks #12

Hi, great TS3 plugin!

It would be incredibly nice to use libpulse to lower the volume of the rest of applications when somebody talks in a channel.

Thanks for the feature request.

This sounds like a very useful feature to have. But it should definetly be toggleable through a settings menu and not be enabled by default. Maybe even the percentage of how much other volumes are lowered should be configurable.

I'm putting this on my TODO list.
