It 504's on me, though I can still access chat on destiny.gg/bigscreen

PHP was not killing it's children fast enough and a pseudo-bottleneck occurred.

Simple fix: restarted PHP5 FPM service.

Future fix: tune FPM workers to work harder and die less (literally) http://forum.nginx.org/read.php?3,224236
