In this issue, we will discuss the appropriate content for the fourth module of the WebAPI (As a reference I called it Home_4).

Comment with the reference number if you have any thoughts on modules 1 through 6 (shown below).

Note: In Modules 4 to 6, the title is also included, so we also need to provide a summary and a title.

Module 1: "LDAR-Sim Key Features"
Module 2: remove?
Module 3: Good one!
Module 4: maybe change to: "Designing custom LDAR programs requires flexibility. We have made this process as simple as possible by allowing users to adopt default parameters or to configure highly customized programs."
Module 5: can we change this one to... Title: "Built Together" Text: "LDAR-Sim is a product of collaboration and was build through partnerships with regulators, energy companies, industry groups, innovators, and researchers."
Module 6: Can we change this one to... Title: "Designed for Everyone" ... Text: "The LDAR-Sim web app is built to be accessible to non-programmers who want to explore work practices, predict emissions reductions, or estimate LDAR program costs."

Great job Soroush! A few thoughts: Module 2 - remove. Module 4 - use a modified version of what Thomas said. "Designing custom LDAR programs requires flexibility. We have simplified this process. Users can adopt default programs or configure highly customized programs."
