In the top level of the bhima repository, we have a folder called /utilities which contains a number of random files useful at one point or another. Usually, they were only used during installation and data migration. The one major exception is our JSON diffing script written by @jmcameron which runs during the gulp build.
We should evaluate whether we can most of these files and either delete them or put them somewhere that makes sense.
