In multi monitor environments, it is often desirable to open and fullscreen an application on a certain display. To ease the process, the kiosk-browser should provide a command line option for it.

we already have a fullscreen option, which maximizes window as much as possible. Maybe it could take an optional argument specifying certain physical monitor (e.g. HDMI-3 or DP-2 + default: MAX_ALL)...
