Ideally, for the exhibit, the info panes should be shorter and thus don't require any scrolling. If scrolling has to be used then the usability and style should be taken into consideration:
How do the scrollbars look under different OSs?
Is a thin-scrollbar js plugin needed?
Should some other form of paging that doesn't require dragging be used?
