I-ALiRT: Figure out archiving for Tori #1101

Description:

We have not discussed archiving for I-ALiRT. Some questions that we need to answer:

  1. What is the format?
  2. Do SPASE data requirements apply to us?
  3. Naming conventions
  4. Etc.
