Overview

Updated Files

stackbuilder.py
- Had to increase version number on postgres database for it to deploy
- Pass sns topic into indexer lambda stack
indexer_lambda_stack.py
- Created EventBridge rule for Failed batch jobs
- Added SNS topic to the rule
monitoring_stack.py
- fixed typo
