I-ALiRT: Create SPICE lambda for Tori

Algorithm Description:

Create a lambda that uses SPICE kernels to produce the following information on this website: https://stereo-ssc.nascom.nasa.gov/stations/kiel/

I have the code already, but it needs to be reproduced. Once you start working on this let me know and I will give you an overview.
