Possibly remove the flag 'do_subgrid_BMB...'
Also consider implementing some FULL option here which functions like 'prescribed_fixed': apply subgrid scheme only during initialisation, and keep applying the resulting BMB no matter how the grounded/floating/ocean mask changes throughout the run.
