Update drush.make and install instructions #22

The deps in drush.make are getting old and the instructions reference an old version. We should not include any exact version information in the readme since it will always go out of date.

Could not locate field_collection version 7.x-7.x-1.0-beta4, will try to download latest recommended or supported release.

Documentation has been updated and drush.make has been updated to use the latest of all contrib modules
