Removing the initial description popup for TourList page. #44

Is it possible to remove the popup in the Tour list page? UX wise, if a user already had clicked a tour name, we don't want to have yet another step to get to that tour. Just click name > list of stops. Sort of mimicking behaviour of the stop list page where they click a stop name and they go to that stop.
