Download assets with a tour update #15

When using the endpoint method, assets are downloaded when the first user request the asset. When there is no wifi available, there is no content. It would be great if all the assets are downloaded at once when a tour is downloaded, or when assets are updated.

This was actually something we thought about down the road. Essentially a institution could create a tourset of available tours. The tour screen lists available tours on the tour list page. A user would then be aloud to pick and choose the tours they would want on their device. They would also have the ability to delete them. We would also have two types of bundles, temporary and permanent. Permanent would be included with the app inside the Bundles directory, while all temporary bundles are downloaded via the user.
