Added changes found in fork from @psftw . Changes include removal of EPEL repository as there is nothing we really need to install from, added VOLUME directive and changed default database path handling so new database will use VOLUME directory and that should remove overhead of copy on write filesystem of default container.

Re-add passwd rpm installation OLD:Please wait... bug with missing passwd command...
