UI fix in the Members page #5

The team members page currently is not smooth in the Members section. The reason being placeholders that comes while loading the request. Currently, when more members are loaded, the already loaded members also seems to load again. That is hopefully due to some condition issues. The expected behaviour is that while loading more, placeholder cards should be seen down the already loaded cards and current cards are at their place.
