here is a first draft of specifications with a first example

@emaumcu i am a bit uncertain about the specifications for period prevalence, i wonder how to avoid double counting if a person changes value of a time-dependent variable during the observation period - or, is it expected that a person is counted twice? or, should we impose that time-dependent variables are assessed at the start of the observation period?

the draft specifications are now updated with two examples, yearly point prevalence and prevalence of use during pregnancy trimesters

@OlgaPaoletti do you need any additional clarification before starting to program those two examples?

@EmaUtrecht do you have any comment?

i will draft also an example of period prevalence, as specified in the DP3 SAP, and ask feedback from @JoanKMorris @mariebeslay @ChristineDamase
