Groups with members are not being excluded from the report

Expected Behavior

the group will be reflected on the report by being replaced with its members

Current Behavior

the group and members both appear on the report

Possible Solution

Bug is in Get-FolderPermissionBlock

Closing issue. Groups will be included whether empty or with members, unless the -ExcludeAccountClass parameter is used to exclude them
