This pull moves the jwt_secret into the command used in the Docker compose. The result is that we can reliably pass the $JWT_SECRET from the host OS into the container, and reference it in our pl/pgSQL code.
The testing data is not present, and I need to now think about how to bring that back. Probably something that you do manually. I'm going to get rid of the automatic stuff, and I think we can now go to an entirely static init.
