imls-wifi-sensor is a 64-bit application but we are installing in 32-bit location #345

C:\Program Files (x86) is a folder on Windows used for 32-bit applications imls-wifi-sensor is a 64-bit application, so should be installed to C:\Program Files instead.

I think this is all just convention, but we're dropping the application in the wrong folder.

Inno Setup's default is 32-bit install mode, but we can change this by adding a flag to setup.iss.
