Clearer code to show how crop cover mapping decisions were made. #40

Changed how the crop reclassification is done so that the decisions are clearer. First step was linking as many as possible with the GCAM names, then used grepl to reclass the rest. Let me know if you still think there is a better way to go about this. This resolves #31
