Aggregated raster increases crop cover count. #67

Counting crop cover classes on a raster with coarser resolution shouldn't increase the count. There is a case in Huntsville, AL where the crop count goes from 2 to 9 after decreasing the resolution. Will look into this.

Previous raster was not in the same projecting as the watershed shapefile. This was fixed by making both the watershed and new low resolution raster the same projection.
