Calculate the distance between all watersheds of a city and determine maximum distance in kilometers. This resolves #70. Maximum distance is outputted due to there only being one row per city. Distance changed to kilometers so units stay similar (most calculations are in km2). Let me know if a different result is preferred.

Ran 6 cities with different numbers of watersheds and different distances and all seemed to work and the numbers looked good. LA came out with a high number with makes sense, New Orleans had a small number which is correct since the withdrawal is right next to the city.
