@swd-turner When this clears, please pull down and try to run on your machine. I am able to run single or a couple cities at a time, but when I try to do the full run it gives me an error saying it cannot allocate a file the size of 1.1 GB. I want to see if this is just my machine or if its an error in the code. Thanks!
@swd-turner This latest push just makes sure that all features are in the same projection. When I made this change, the watershed population didn't change and is still up at 3 million. Before this change, we saw a watershed population of 60000 for Norfolk VA, and this is now coming in at around 1 million (which seems like a more reasonable number).
Numbers are better but still looking a little off. Abilene and Odessa are still showing human water consumption/discharge as accounting for 200% of the runoff during the driest month. Going too look more at it in the morning but let me know if you spot anything that doesnt seem right in the code @swd-turner
@swd-turner I figured out the issue with the population. I was using the get_zonal_data() function incorrectly. Fixing it now and it should be more accurate using James' method in his email.
I'm going to need some help getting this to clear... No problems on my machine so I am not too sure what I need to be looking for. From the build info it looks like it has something to do with rgdal
but I went through all of that and made sure everything was correct.
