Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Option to filter by species and transmitter ID.

Describe the solution you'd like Add 2 separate filters, one by species and the other by transmitter ID.

Describe alternatives you've considered When hovering on the plot the user can see the transmitter id and species common name. Adding more filters involves changing the input and reactive variables as well as the narrowing down function.

Additional context Joni's comment "Would be nice to have an option to filter by species as well as by transmitter"

Very good suggestion to implement a species filter. Both plots on this tab use the same filters, so we need to make sure that it would apply well to both. As first glance, it would be valuable to look at whole species level detections and connectivity network.
