Using jarsplice? Generating an ant script (whatever they are)? Packaging as a runnable .jar within Eclipse?
Also is it worth it to package it with LWJGL (is that even allowed) for simplicity (one .jar vs multiple)?
Maybe contact them, and Matthias Mann (PNGDecoder guy) and see if they're okay with me packaging their stuff in jog if I include credit and their licenses.
