Benchmarking script #300

Please describe your :rocket: feature request. Add a script that is doing a benchmarking for SIMPA simulations for the user's system.

Describe the solution you'd like We could just run the simpa_examples with different spacings

I would consider #304 part of this issue. As soon as we have the benchmarking script, we should add a description of how to run it to the README.md but of course also to the CONTRIBUTING.md.
