The documentation needs to be updated

[ ] We need to add documentation how to install the benchmarking dependencies
- [ ] Also add to .md file
[ ] Add documentation: What happens if the script is executed multiple times? Are the data appended? Overwritten?

Add that you need to execute:

pip install .[profile]
