Is MPITools a good name? #7

Let's think about the name MPITools. We should probably have something that is more indicative of what this is. We want a library with MPI parallel numerical tools.

Suggestions:

MPINumerics
NuMPI - I like this but could lead to confusion

So the package seems to provide routines like scipy or numpy do, but also in parallel. Some more suggestions:

mpinum (MPI Numerics)
distnum (Distributed Numerics)
scimpi (Scientific MPI)
conum (Concurrent Numerics)
pnp (parallel numpy, wie schon im Code verwendet)
numparallel
parnumpy
parscipy

MPITools is an already used name https://github.com/LLNL/mpi-tools
