It's not sorting TMs for me, any idea why? I have "pixelmon.tree" in .minecraft/config/InvTweaks/trees.

Only TMs are not being sorted? Or all Pixelmon items are not being sorted?

Try putting the tree file in both .minecraft/config/InvTweaks/trees and .minecraft/config/InvTweaks then restarting minecraft.

For some reason, the custom sort rules only work for me when putting the tree file in both folders.
