[ ] Add current keycloak users to the mailing - you can add many users via website
[ ] Add new users from keycloak to the mailing list "incore-announce" in https://lists.illinois.edu/lists (this script becomes a cron job)

@ylyangtw Let's make a keycloak folder and put the script in there. I will do that way in my PR as well.
