Improve documentation of two pipeline damage analyses to distinguish them

It's not clear what the difference is between Pipeline Damage and Pipeline Damage with repair rate. We should update the documentation to explain that pipeline damage computes limit state and damage state probabilities whereas the other analysis computes repair rate and break rates.
