Add google analytics

Add google analytics to incore-ui for the users to check the various analysis provided by the google analytics

There is a challenge because the incore frontend is single page app and because of this, the user action might not be recorded as we wanted

There are viewers and it might be better to record all the behavior along with those apps

• data viewer (search of the dataset id, or other components. Space changes, etc)
• hazard viewer (dataset id, hazard type, space, etc)
• dfr3 viewer (dataset id, fragility type, space, etc)

There is incore-lab. How do we record the behavior of incore-lab?

There is also playbook. It will be possible to record the users' access to playbook but is there any other actions that we want to record inside the playbook, since this is also single site web app?
