@BradMackey @Daxter304
I've been making a lot of big changes lately, so I know it hasn't been easy to get started working on much of anything around mine. However I wanted to get a feel for what sort of tasks everyone would like. If both of you guys could answer the following questions for me, it would help a lot in assigning issues.
What sort of things would you like to work on?
as broad or specific as you would like, there is no wrong answer
What sort of things would you absolutely NOT want to work on?
same as above.
How difficult of issues would you like to tackle?
Basically, where do you rate your skill level? How you rate yourself is up to you, it would just help to have a ball-park estimate.
How big of issues would you like assigned to you?
Or, to put it another way, how much time do you have to dedicate to the project. While they aren't entirely the same thing (there could be something big, but doesn't need to be done for a long time), they're closely related enough that I felt they could be balled together.
I want to make sure that when I'm assigning tasks that I'm giving everyone things they want to work on and feel they can achieve reasonably. I think it's important that everyone feels like they're enjoying their work and can be proud of it, so let me know.
@BradMackey , would you like/feel comfortable with a project that has more to do with game design than coding? I would like to start designing gym leader teams and wondered if you'd be up for it?
