diff without running basex #77

issue #76

added steps to Makefile for understanding the provenance of the SQLite columns

I pushed the results of some xqueries so that running basex isn't a requirement. These xquery column lists will become dated and should be updated manually/

Reviewed https://github.com/INCATools/biosample-analysis/pull/77/files with @realmarcin . I added one xquery and force-added and some output files in target. The only file I modified was the Makefile
