Do you mean FF:10298-104H1? It is described as "eye - muscle lateral, donor2"

That sample is annotated with

UBERON:0001603 ! lateral rectus extra-ocular muscle

it's the 3 like this I need to check:

I see. That sample is skipped, and will not be profiled in FANTOM5. Please make it as obsolete.

OK, done. What is the best way to determine if a sample is obsolete? If it is not in the latest update?

there are 555 samples in the ontology that do not correspond to anything in the md5 for UPDATE022

Excuse me for taking time. I confirmed UPDATE022 contains all the cells/tissues for FANTOM5. Could you please make them (the 555 samples not in UPDATE022) obsolete?
