invalid OBO ID spaces #101

These were all found in Ubergraph:

We should look into where they're coming from and fix them in the source ontology.

These all come from PRO, and relate to the idspace issues discussed here: https://github.com/owlcs/owlapi/pull/1072

These all seem to be correct in the PRO OWL file; I'll switch to that.
