There is ongoing discussion on slack as to whether to add this to individual ontologies, and whether individuals 'pollute' the ontology - but regardless of this it should be highly useful and non problematic to add this to ubergraph.
For semsql I am just using the raw github url but this should be replaced by a purl, see https://github.com/cthoyt/wikidata-orcid-ontology/issues/3
