Laboratory from registry should use probably this type concept id 32856 #113

This came up in the issue with Amstel about lab data manually entered (ehr) and coming from the LAB system.. since our laboratory is not really a registry we could use the concept id 32856

What do you think @epiben ?

Yeah, that makes sense as a concept for us. LABKA is a register, but BCC is more like EHR, so this seems a good compromise. Ideally, we would just have two source data systems for lab values, but that's not the case.
