FIX: realign is a Node again, and workflow works for multiple runs #4

It is! The "func0" subtracts 1 from each item in the list!

the csf_mask is a list and it doesn't need to be - there is only 1 csf mask because it comes from freesurfer only

could you change binarize to also return wm?

I'm about to add in fieldmap correction, but how does this work if there is more than one functional? What if the person moved in between the first and second scan? Does the fieldmap need to registered?

for fieldmap correction, again, the fieldmap should be aligned with the mean image from the functional.
