One thing that we need, in addition to elaboration and documentation content-wise, is a small help/manual option to explain how the web-app is used (e.g., adding contributors, changing privacy settings for templates, etc)

Thanks a lot for your offer and interest in our project. Unfortunately, at the moment we have to found the best way to make the web app code available in a meaningful way (it is not as straightforward as we would like), which would allow us to expand to new contributors beyond our Working Group. Meanwhile, we have resolved this issue, so I will close it with this comment. All the best!
