Neuroshapes v1 repository structure

Here are few issues identified and that will be addressed by a new neuroshape:

Issue 1 - Neuroshapes structure should reflect better its contents and goals

Currently the schemas are grouped by neuroscience domains (morphology, electrophysiology, atlas, simulation).

• The current project structure does not reflect Neuroshapes' content and goals:
  • where are the neuroscience data types ?
  • where are their provenance descriptions ?
  • where are the taxonomies, recommended vocabularies and ontologies ?

Issue 2 - Schemas and vocabulary terms identifiers (URIs) change for each new version
